We took a road trip to Maysville for dinner. Caproni’s has ambience, great food, great customer service, and reasonable prices. The oyster appetizer was fantastic. So many great entree choices on the menu. I feel another road trip coming on!
Wonderful! Beautiful views and live music playing in background. Food was yummy and beautiful! Had the Chicken Scallopini, husband had Chicken Alfredo. Had calamari as an appetizer it was alittle over done but delicious. My cocktail was watermelon cucumber sangria. Will be back. Happy 34 Anniversary for us.

The experience you have at Caproni's is worth every dime and it NEVER disappoints. Whenever in Ripley, we go to Caproni's. The service and food are exceptional. Staff is very kind and attentive! Can't wait until I return. AMAZING Ohio River views out the windows. Lamb chops were cooked perfectly, nice portion size too. Nice wine selection too. My aunt highly recommends the Blueberry Smash. Desserts were delectable. Sorry, we were celebrating and started eating before I took pics of food but did get a shot from the parking lot of the Old bridge from Aberdeen,Ohio to Maysville, Kentucky and she was lit up in all her wonder!
I used to live in Maysville but never had the chance to go to Capronis. While visiting the area today, I stopped in my with daughter for a quick dessert (and drink) The view of the river is hard to beat. Just gorgeous. The service staff were so friendly.
What a gem of a place in this small town. Sits right on the water and we were lucky enough to have a waterfront view. Lasagna was great and the meat sauce on it was hearty. You could get plain sauce too. Hubby got the catch of the day special which was great. Drinks were good and they have a full bar. We went on a week day and didn’t need reservations for 5:30pm. Parking lot is large.
Nice place with great view of the river. Good catfish dinner plate. Prices quite reasonable compared to a similar place you might visit in Cincinnati. Very friendly and attentive waitress. Atmosphere was pleasant with a live singing duo.
